1. General Information
Kidyoo provides online learning programs for children aged 3–12 years, focusing on creativity, communication, and confidence through Art & Craft, Drawing, and English Speaking classes.
All classes are conducted live via secure online platforms by qualified instructors.
2. Enrollment & Registration
- Parents/guardians must complete the online admission form with accurate details.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of fees.
- Classes are non-transferable between students or batches without prior approval.
- Kidyoo reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or program content as needed for quality improvement.
3. Fees & Payment
- The monthly program fee is ₹1,999, unless otherwise specified.
- Payments must be made in advance to confirm admission.
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by Kidyoo management (such as duplicate payments or technical errors).
4. Class Conduct & Attendance
- Students are expected to attend classes on time and maintain respectful behavior.
- In case of absence, parents must inform the team in advance; makeup classes may be provided depending on availability.
- Recording, distributing, or sharing class content without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Materials
All study materials, class content, videos, and resources shared during Kidyoo sessions are the intellectual property of Kidyoo.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, or reused without written consent.
6. Parental Supervision
For safety and better learning, parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise their child during online sessions, especially for younger students (ages 3–7).
7. Code of Conduct
Kidyoo maintains a positive, inclusive environment. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior from students or guardians may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
8. Technical Requirements
Parents are responsible for providing a stable internet connection and device suitable for online classes (laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
Kidyoo is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal connectivity or device issues.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy to ensure safety and transparency.
Kidyoo will never share personal data without consent.
10. Disclaimer
Kidyoo aims to provide a safe, engaging, and effective online learning experience. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results, as outcomes depend on individual participation and effort.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kidyoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
