1. About Our Services

Kidyoo offers online and in-person educational programs including:

  • Abacus (Foundation, Ignite, Precision, and Champion’s Programs)

Program structure, duration, pricing, and curriculum details are as published on kidyoo.com or shared with you at the time of enrollment, and may be updated from time to time.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

  • Enrollment is open to children aged 3–16 (with parent/guardian consent) and, where applicable, adults (for programs such as Adult Crochet).
  • A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide consent on behalf of any minor.
  • Some programs require a free Assessment Class prior to enrollment; placement into a specific level or program is at Kidyoo’s discretion based on this assessment.
  • Kidyoo reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment at its discretion, including where class capacity, eligibility, or suitability requirements are not met.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Program fees are as communicated at the time of enrollment and are payable through our designated payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Fees must be paid in full (or per any installment plan offered) prior to the commencement of classes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Kidyoo reserves the right to revise program fees for future enrollments; fees already paid for an ongoing program will not be affected.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refund and cancellation terms will be specified in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, provided at the time of enrollment.
  • Class rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email, subject to teacher availability.
  • Kidyoo is not obligated to provide a refund for missed classes due to student absence, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

5. Classes and Conduct

  • Classes may be conducted online (live, one-on-one or group) and/or in-person, depending on the program.
  • Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful conduct during classes, workshops, and events.
  • Kidyoo reserves the right to remove any student from a class or program in cases of disruptive behavior, misconduct, or breach of these Terms, without refund.
  • Class schedules, teacher assignments, and program timelines may be adjusted by Kidyoo as needed, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

6. Marketplace and Crochet Program

  • The Crochet Mastery path includes access to sell finished products via the kidyoo.in marketplace, with Kidyoo acting as seller-of-record, subject to separate marketplace terms and quality guidelines communicated during the program.
  • Participation in the marketplace component is subject to completion of relevant program milestones and Kidyoo’s approval of product quality.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All curriculum materials, course content, videos, images, branding, and website content are the property of Kidyoo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Students and parents may not reproduce, distribute, or resell Kidyoo’s course materials without prior written consent.
  • Any student work shared with Kidyoo for promotional purposes (e.g., photos, testimonials) will only be used with parental consent.

8. Contests and Events

  • Participation in state/national-level contests, workshops, or educational trips is subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and any additional terms communicated at the time of the event.
  • Kidyoo is not liable for outcomes of external contests or events organized by third parties, though we may facilitate entry or participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Kidyoo strives to provide quality educational services but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, contest results, or skill proficiency levels within any given timeframe.
  • Kidyoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • For in-person workshops, trips, or events, parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety in transit unless otherwise specified; on-site supervision arrangements will be communicated in advance.
